In Process

Your parcel has now arrived at DHL and is being prepared for shipment.
The parcel is usually delivered within 1-2 days.

In the Recipient’s Region

Your parcel has arrived near you and is being taken to the final delivery base.
Delivery on the same or next working day is very likely.

Loaded into the Delivery Vehicle

Look forward to your shipment; the parcel is on its way to you today and is expected to arrive during the day.

Delivery Attempt Not Possible

Unfortunately, delivery was not successful today because, for example, DHL did not find you at home. A further delivery attempt will be made.

At the Branch / Parcel Locker

Your parcel could not be handed over directly and is now ready for collection. You must take action yourself to receive your parcel.

Manual Reprocessing

During transport, there was a minor damage to the parcel or shipping label; however, your product may not be affected. Please carefully check the condition upon receipt and complain directly to DHL if the parcel is not in its original flawless condition.

Successfully Delivered

Your parcel has been delivered to you, handed over to a neighbour, or left at your designated safe place.
