With many payment methods, we receive the invoice amount immediately and guaranteed. This means your payment is confirmed directly after placing the order – allowing us to process your order quickly and dispatch it promptly.
For payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Amazon Payments, and purchase on account, we usually dispatch the goods within 24 hours on working days after receiving the payment. This means your order typically arrives very quickly.
If you pay by advance payment (classic bank transfer), we will only dispatch your order once the amount has been received by us. Depending on the bank, this can take a few days, which delays the shipping accordingly.
If you wish to pay in cash on site and collect the order yourself, please first wait for our collection notification. We will inform you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please then contact us by phone to arrange a suitable collection appointment.
The order confirmation alone is not sufficient for collection. Only once you have received our collection notification is your order fully prepared and ready for collection. This ensures that everything is ready for you and that there are no waiting times on site.
