Transport damage
Definition: Damage to the package caused by or during transport or by external impact or third-party interference.
Our packages or shipments are insured against transport damage and loss of contents (theft). If the package is damaged upon delivery or the contents are incomplete, please check this immediately and have the damage confirmed by the parcel carrier or your local post office. If the post office does not record the damage, please obtain a written confirmation including the name of the postal employee, the exact address of the post office, and the time. Report the transport damage to our customer service immediately, providing the order or invoice number and pictures of the damage to the carton and the items.
